This open plan dome has a stylish studio feel. The bathroom is spacious and features handrails & an adaptive shower so would also suit someone with restricted mobility. Best suited to couples or small families.
This is a unique condo-style dome, fun to share with friends and family but spacious and light for relaxing couples too!
This open plan dome is spacious and comfortable with a queen bed and a queen sofa bed.
A more private dome with separate en-suite queen bedroom; perfect for couples, small families or friends travelling together.
The Adventure Domes are surrounded by 3 Mountainous Provincial Parks; Valhalla, Goat Range and Kokanee Park.
In the winter these are accessed by ski touring, snowshoeing or snowmobiling.
We also have a network of local trails which are great for hiking, snow shoeing and non track set cross country skiing. These are Mori lakeside, The Galena, and the Slocan river trail, all starting from with in village limits.
For cross country skiing on track set or groomed trails, head to the old ghost town Sandon or Hills, which is a community just north of New Denver.
We are also located in between no less than 6 cat-skiiing or heli-access ski lodges which means we have fantastic ski touring terrain accessed via snow mobile or skinning.
There are also 4 ski hills all within 2 hours of us. Whitewater, Red Mountain, Revelstoke and Summit Lake, which is a small community run hill 20 minutes North on highway 6.
If you fancy a bit of trout for supper, there is ice fishing on Summit Lake or open water fishing on Slocan Lake which has only ever frozen over about 9 times.
We also have 3 commercial hot springs less than an hour from us where you can unwind after a winter’s day of adventuring. These are Nakusp, Halcyon and Ainsworth Hotsprings.
The one thing we do not have, is the crowds! Come and get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, and enjoy the peace and tranquility that our natural surroundings offers.
BY ROAD: 2 hours and 15 minutes south of Revelstoke. Take Highway 23 to Shelter Bay, take the free inland ferry to Galena Bay, continue on Highway 23 for 48km to Nakusp, then take highway 6 for 46 more km to New Denver.
DRIVING TIME TO NEW DENVER: Revelstoke 2 hours 15 minutes - Vancouver 8 hours - Nelson 1 hour 15 min
